You can move the second router forward and set it as publicly accessible, then utilize that router or firewall to restrict all LAN access. This should achieve the desired outcome according to the plan.

You wouldn't need the static routes; just setting up the port forwards would resolve the issue.

I used this as a reference example: https://tewarid.github.io/2019/06/26/por...ext=Enable Hyper-V using the,or off Control Panel applet.&text=Create a new 64-bit,port number on the VM. The issue is once I create a new NAT with 192.168.137.0/24 (that's the range that the shared connection gives the VMs) they don't have internet access... The setup I had for testing was an internal virtual switch that shared the internet connection, this seems to work except for port forwarding. The VMs have internet but can't reach other devices on the LAN. Edit: It appears to be working!, I didn't notice a tab in the internet sharing menu to allow certain ports to forward services.
