Hello, I need a fresh motherboard right now because my current one is causing some problems. I’m evaluating two options: 1) ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming Velocita ($249.18) and 2) ASRock B550 Taichi ($354.12). The prices match my currency perfectly. My current setup includes a Ryzen 5 3600, Asus Rog Strix RX 5700 XT, and 16GB Trident Z RAM. I plan to upgrade to a Ryzen 9 5900X and a 3080 TI/Super once they’re available with a 64GB RAM kit. My main concern is whether the Taichi is worth the $104.94 price difference. I’ve always liked the Taichi since launch, but so far I haven’t noticed any noticeable differences compared to the Phantom except for Wi-Fi and an extra PCIe slot.
