After considering it, I chose Windows 10 Pro for Workstations. I’ve had positive experiences before, so I’m planning to try it out on this machine.

Ubuntu Linux is the system I rely on for my Plex server. Nobody really knows how it works. It doesn’t restart unexpectedly like Windows 10 did when I was recording a show.
