You’re considering swapping your Crucial memory for a faster T710 2TB drive. It’s quicker, so you might prefer it. Alternatively, returning the Crucial drive and memory could work better if you stick with G.Skill. Your plan is to use the PC for everyday tasks and some gaming, with Linux experiments on another drive. If you bring back the Samsung 980Pro 2TB, it will be your main drive afterward. Any suggestions or tips would be welcome.

The essential RAM seems expensive mainly due to the "crucial close shop tax." It's also 6400—this doesn’t make sense. You pay more for a worse experience, right? Why? Consider GSKill instead. The crucial SSD appears fine. Avoid MSI AIO; it’s overpriced and questionable quality. Look for a thermal solution under $100 and do the same but better.

Given the current high costs of NVME drives, it makes sense to stick with the package that contains the drive.
