The engine is horrible, so much latency, my controller feels like it's playing 10 seconds behind... that and the engine will drop frames when nothing is taxing the system, CPU not hit, GPU barely hit... games really hard to play because there is no direct feeling to it

The game experiences noticeable input delays, and Sonic feels very responsive. We're testing VS Sonic Adventure on genuine DC system hardware.

Check if the game is DX9 and consider setting the maximum pre-render ahead to 1 for lower lag.

Vsync is turned on but your display isn't reaching 75Hz while playing the game—perhaps adjusting it would help.
