I'm planning to spend time in the countryside and only have my reliable Asus laptop. It features an i3 7100u processor, 8GB of RAM, and an integrated HD 620 as its GPU. The main concern is its performance limitations—it's likely to become a bottleneck in most scenarios. Right now I'm mainly playing League of Legends and World of Tanks, but I'm feeling exhausted from those. I'm searching for something fresh and enjoyable. I enjoy RPGs and competitive multiplayer titles. CS:GO and Overwatch aren't on my list because I don't want to compromise visual quality for fast-paced shooters. Honestly, they won't maintain 60 FPS at 1080p. Feel free to suggest some options—most RPGs are fine, even older games from the early 2000s. Ideally, look for free or budget-friendly titles.

Warthunder works well with those configurations. World of Warships also functions, though you can lower the settings. On Offcourse it runs around 30fps, but I've tested it on an i5 3210m with 4000 series cards—expecting 1080p isn't realistic. 720p will suffice after getting accustomed to it.

Plus one Terraria – excellent experience. Brawlhalla offers F2P combat with strong competition. Noita provides a physics-driven rogue-lite side-scroller. Mostly 2D titles where you can spend many hours exploring pixel art adventures.

I really dislike both of those titles. I was a beta tester for Wow, which isn’t what I’m into. War Thunder isn’t my cup of tea either, that’s why I stick to the basics. This channel seems more geared toward humor and entertainment rather than genuine game recommendations. I won’t alter game files to mimic a low-poly Unity project. He checked his video on an HD 620 and shows Overwatch at 720p with 50% render scale—it just looks like a bunch of pixels combined. I own it, but I don’t really enjoy it. Maybe I’ll revisit Brawlhalla. I’m not great at Smash, but I tried it a few years ago and might give it another go. Now I’m much more selective, since most games don’t fit my taste anymore. Oblivion and Vampire The Masquerade – Bloodlines have been my favorite lately, so more RPG suggestions would be great.

These two initial Fallouts are quite solid, particularly Fallout 2 which ranks among the top three RPGs I've ever played (alongside Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne and Elder Scrolls: Skyrim). The titles lean more toward mature themes compared to what Bethesda has since embraced. Prices in Euros aren't clear, but they frequently drop around $2 to $3 each on Steam and GOG in the US. Regarding Elder Scrolls, Oblivion should work well with the integrated GPU, and it was a great experience. I don’t have any newer RPG suggestions for that setup, though. I recall Europe possibly restricting Fallout 2 somewhat due to the Childkiller reputation if you killed children in the game. There was an early icon for when Black Isle Studios opted not to include it.

I own the same hardware in my laptop, so I’m familiar with a few games that perform well. I’ve played these for a while and found obs won’t run properly, but that’s okay. osu is free and runs smoothly. Rainbow Six Vegas I have the old DVD version and use it, though I think Steam has the better one. (this isn’t Siege) Stick Fight works well, and I’ve tried Fortnite but it doesn’t feel as good.
