I was thinking about getting a Ryzen 9 5900X from the FB marketplace for around $300, which came with a motherboard. Someone offered $350, so I stayed at $300. Now I’m looking to upgrade my CPU. I stream sometimes but mostly play games in 1080P. If anyone has recommendations, I’d appreciate it! Should I really upgrade or should I just replace my case since I have a NZXT H510 with a 240mm AIO setup? The current specs are: CPU Ryzen 5 3600, GPU RX 6600 (non-xt), 32GB RAM, PSU 650W.

It looks like you're suggesting a smarter approach to upgrades. Instead of making frequent small changes, which can slow things down, it's better to invest in a major overhaul later on for better value. Saving money that way gives you more benefit overall.
