Hello, the card being discussed is an RTX 4080 TUF. As you might expect, I'm feeling quite concerned about the current situation. Earlier, I shared some issues with my GPU, which turned out to be linked to the well-known melting cable problem in the RTX4000 line. I reached out to AWD-IT, the retailer where I originally purchased the card, hoping for a replacement. Unfortunately, they didn't provide a solution—sending it back to the manufacturer was their option, with a promise of up to 30 working days, which they extended to December 21, 2024. That was the final update I got before I received no further communication. Since then, every follow-up email I sent for an update has gone unanswered. Additionally, checking the Serial Number on ASUS's official site didn't yield any results. I've been waiting in LiveChat for about half an hour, but they haven't responded, even after asking for reassurance that help is still available. Their phone lines are currently unreachable, and all support pages emphasize that anything not bought directly from them should be handled through the seller, which isn't working at the moment. I'm frustrated by the lack of progress and feel my warranty rights are being overlooked. I need a replacement or at least a refund, as the card is still under warranty and has been functioning within its three-year period. I'm at a crossroads and would really appreciate any advice or suggestions to help me resolve this situation. My patience is wearing thin, especially since I'm worried about potentially losing another £1000+ without proper compensation. I've saved all my emails so far, including the confirmation receipt I kept from the post office when I first contacted them.

It seems the issue is likely with Asus atm and they should be available for a while. Asus isn't usually known for the quickest support, but it's common to return the card through RMA at the store. AWD should follow up soon. They might be busy handling returns after the holidays. You could leave a low rating on Trustpilot or similar sites if you feel it’s necessary. At the same time, reach out to Asus via the email provided: gamersnexus.net/news-features/confronting-asus-face-face [email protected]. Make sure to check the link first before sending many messages.

I've emailed the address you mentioned with all the details and photos I could provide. I was told later that they would follow up after the chat session ended. Communicating with them feels like trying to extract something from a solid object. I’m hoping someone can actually help or at least engage in a proper conversation about what’s happening. With the £1200 GPU I’m entitled to replace in two months, I don’t have any words to express my frustration and disappointment toward both the retailer and the manufacturer.
