Searching for a solid CPU deal before Black Friday. Currently using an i7 7700K. Heavy on gaming and video editing with Adobe After Effects. Need help comparing performance and compatibility with other motherboards. Looking for good recommendations. Appreciate it!

- 5600/B550 under $300 (no RAM)
- 13600K/Z690 DDR4 around $500 (no RAM)
- 13900K/Z790 DDR5 or 7950X/B650 for high-end builds $1000 plus $200 RAM

Discussions around combos often involve deals that push you toward outdated boards or insufficient RAM. The 13700K at $380 looks decent, but it demands better cooling since it hits 200W+ power.
