Hello! I don’t recognize the exact title, but it sounds like you played a high-quality open-world game set in Bolivia involving mafia cartels. What’s the name of the game?

What issues? Just one I've encountered is rebels generating vehicles in awkward locations.

Occasionally: - the tiny blue sign that appears when you're downed, sometimes shows up in different locations from where your real body is. If we're lucky, it's within a short distance, but sometimes it's far away across the map. - the unseen spirit moves vehicles, meaning your body vanishes from everyone else's view, sometimes even from your own screen. Yet you remain in charge. - the game pauses for everyone briefly—sometimes people ignore your prompts. This happens often with the R6 operative. The experience is entertaining at times, but other moments can be quite frustrating.
