Looking for a game that blended RTS and FPS in 3D? Around the year 2000, it sounds like you might have played something with TNT2 Ultra or a Radeon 8500. The main story twist was choosing whether to ally with a human faction or stay with the antagonists. I couldn’t find much on Google, but there could be plenty of details to help you remember.
