I'm not certain about the availability of 4k 144fps monitors. However, given your current setup, it seems you wouldn't need to reduce to 60fps.

I used to be a troll with H-L 2, yet I definitely don’t act like that anymore—especially not about 3D space pinball.

Uncertain about current pricing, but I noticed a recent video from Paul's Hardware mentioning a 4K 144hz display with HDR and G-Sync expected this year.
