I wouldn't recommend these tools. Network security programs usually create more issues than they fix.

They originated from internal IP addresses. Where was your device connected when this happened? If it was at school or work, another device might be responsible for the traffic. This applies if you have several devices at home too. However, nothing significant needs worry since it was identified and blocked. The software is functioning as intended.
