Navigate to the GTA 5 installation folder and set up a quick access for the GTA 5 Launcher. Click the new shortcut once, then open its properties. In the "Target" section, type " -verify" after the file path with a space in between. Run it and it will check the game files automatically. I regularly play GTA 5 on my FX-6300, so the CPU seems fine—possibly just a minor issue.
