Hello, I've noticed something unusual with my PC and laptop. It seems both devices are using significantly more RAM than the total processes reported in Task Manager. For instance, it shows 77% usage (about 12.3GB out of 16GB), yet none of the running tasks exceed 7GB. Please find the attached clip for reference. Your help would be really appreciated.

Is that Minecraft you're seeing? Also, some of your RAM might be getting used by your GPU.

Attention to detail, it’s Minecraft that caught my interest regarding RAM consumption. Would it require 5 GB? And if so, what would be the reason?

Uncertain about this, but I don't believe it's accurate. On all Windows 10 machines here, the system indicates GPU usage or RAM availability like 7GB total when 8 is installed. Those without that capability show 8GB. There are 16 computers in total.

Yes, it is possible to reduce your RAM usage. If you'd like, attempt the adjustment and verify the percentage. You mentioned having a Ryzen processor that experiences issues with high RAM speeds, especially after resetting the BIOS—this could be related.

I've attempted to use it, but the series isn't compatible with the board, which is why XMP fails. Manual OC also didn't work despite changing the voltage. Also worth noting, it's rated for 3000MHz, so it doesn't meet the technical requirements for OC.
