These connectors are quite delicate. I damaged one pin on my argb header. Turn off the computer, disconnect the power cord, and use a tiny plastic tool to slowly return it to its position. Handle with care.

If it doesn't stay upright properly, gently bend the other straight parts a bit to allow the header to connect. This isn't a perfect solution, but it should work for less important tasks.
