Hello! Your concern about the price is understandable. It seems the cost for the 2020 series might have increased during the pandemic due to supply issues. You're wondering whether waiting would help or if prices will drop later. Let me know if you'd like some guidance!

there are more problems now than during the pandemic. trade with China has worsened after Trump's sanctions led to shortages of products and materials, a shortage of transport ships and truck drivers, inflation, rising fuel prices, etc... who knows if prices for these goods will ever fall. they might decrease over time, but i doubt we'll ever return to the situation before 2020-21. it just seems like every other generic "gaming" chair i've seen. maybe a bit less flashy but still faux leather...

there are more problems now than during the pandemic. trade with China has worsened after Trump's sanctions, leading to shortages of products and materials, a lack of transport ships and truck drivers, rising inflation, higher fuel costs, and so on... who can say if prices will ever drop. they might decrease gradually, but I doubt we'll ever return to the situation before 2020-21. it seems like every other generic "gaming" chair i've seen. maybe a bit less flashy but still faux leather and that silly racing design. definitely not worth nearly the $400-600 range i've seen before. i bought a very nice, comfortable, cloth, large Flash Furniture office chair for my computer desk a few years ago for about $175, and the same model is now selling for $350-500. this is probably the best chair i've ever used out of thousands of office and gaming chairs over 23 years of work and home computing/gaming. but i wouldn't pay more than $250 even for it. it's really strange how some prices have jumped so high.
