i had a dual-monitor configuration with each screen linked to its own display. I swapped the second GPU and the monitors, but the outcome remained unchanged—only the first GPU loaded an image. Monitor 1 was an MSI model, while Monitor 2 featured the Artist 12 XP Pen Drawing Tablet. The original GPU was a GTX 1070, and the replacement GPU was a GTX 1070 (original) paired with an older Sapphire GPU.

Using the same GPU for both displays would cause conflicts and performance issues.

I don’t have a tool to change from HDMI to the other connector type.

The alternative cable options include budget versions from DP to HDMI, and DVI-D to HDMI.
