Generally, over the years my second monitor's screen has been unstable—switching on and off repeatedly. Online reports suggest others face similar problems but with a distinct pattern: the display shuts down completely and loops trying to restart itself, often displaying the logo before restarting again. In contrast, my experience is different; the screen simply goes black and stays that way for a few moments before returning to its image, even when I move the mouse or type. As long as I don’t mind using it without a screen, it remains functional. The keyboard still responds, but it’s quite bothersome. This behavior appears only after the computer powers down. My previous solution involved fully shutting down and turning on the PC, though that sometimes only helps temporarily. I’ve switched to enabling sleep mode and using a screen saver now. There seems to be no clear fix beyond these steps, and I’m unsure what specifications would resolve this.
