You've received a used RX 460 to upgrade an older system, but the graphics card fails during testing. The PC specs include an ASRock H110m-DGS 3.0 with 2x4GB RAM, HyperX DDR4 2133 MHz, Intel i5-6400, 120GB SSD, and a Hyper M600W power supply. The seller claims the card is bent but refuses to accept your concerns. You're looking for ways to potentially fix or work around the issue.

There can be minor warping on certain cards, which might lead to a small crack in solder joints. But since the card heats up, this shouldn’t happen. I’d probably take off the heatsink, clean the old paste, and give it a thorough wipe before reapplying.

It didn't improve, the issue stayed unchanged --> application stopped during testing

Consider reducing the clock speed slightly and testing functionality. If issues persist, try a full BIOS refresh to check for potential fixes.
