I'm evaluating these used graphics card choices for gaming at 1440p at 60fps. Which one do you think gives the best value?
RX 6800 (NON XT) for 275€
RX 6900 XT for 350€
I know the top model is the 6900XT, but I'm not sure if it's the best option.

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
Either card will be a good at 1440p at 60fps but if your platform can't take advantage of the GPU, then your purchase is moot, until you decide to remedy it with another upgrade.
6900 XT was available for as little as $620, yet it was released with a starting price of $1000. Purchasing it for $350 is essentially one-third of the original cost.
RX 6800 was launched at $579, offering a nearly half price deal. From this angle, 6900 XT presents the better value.
6900 XT is 33% bigger than the RX 6800.
The price per GPU would be 1.33 times 275, equating to a slightly more economical purchase of the pricier model.
The key consideration is whether your system can accommodate the increased power requirements; if not, the savings may not be fully realized.
