I've been enjoying Fortnite for a long time, starting around October 2017, and have always experienced no glitches, crashes, or bugs. Recently, I became really excited about Season 5 and when the update came out, I started playing right away. Everything worked perfectly until I entered the lobby—just about a minute before it ended, the game closed without any lag or freezing. I assumed it was just my first load after the update, so I tried again. Then I restarted the game quickly, but it froze and shut down immediately. I've made sure to use the latest drivers and turned off overclocks, yet the issue persists. Even after a full restart, it still happens. I’ve also tried resetting the game, but nothing seems to help. My PC specs are: Ryzen 3 1200 @3.7ghz, 4GB DDR4, 2400MHz RAM, ASRock AB350M Pro 4 motherboard, GTX 750 1GB, 250GB HDD plus a 1TB Corsair 450W 80+ Bronze PSU. I’ve never faced any problems with the game before Season 5 was released.

Likely a simple Windows update issue, especially with CS:GO. After the update, certain maps wouldn't load. Odd, honestly.

It looks like the issue is resolved. No need to worry, everything is fine now.
