Searching on Windows takes a long time
I've noticed your Samsung SSD is running slower than expected. Previously, files loaded instantly even during typing. Now it takes half to a second for results. Could there be a fix other than reformatting? Check the Index.xlsx video example here: https://i.gyazo.com/6f605de5661b5256096f...009535.mp4
Windows includes a useful tool named search indexing. It maintains a list of your file names, allowing searches to look through this database (a text file) rather than scanning the entire file system. The issue arises when using a fast SSD: checking the file system can be quicker than accessing the index. Here’s what you can try: turn off search indexing (https://winaero.com/blog/disable-search-...indows-10/) and let us know if it improves things. If not, reactivate it to force the index of all files again, which may temporarily slow searches for a few hours while the index is being created, but will return to normal afterward.
