I recall playing a game from around 10 to 15 years ago on Windows XP. It featured anthropomorphic vehicles and had a setting involving a junkyard. There was a tow truck acting as the antagonist, threatening characters in some way. It seemed like a point-and-click title aimed at younger players. I initially thought it might be similar to Putt-Putt, but I couldn't find any references confirming that. Let me know if you have any leads!
