I've tested numerous fixes, but none have succeeded... I'm unable to use the search bar, Cortana, Windows logo, or keyboard shortcuts... Thank you for your support! -GP

Do you have a gaming keyboard? If yes, disable the game mode and check if it resolves the issue.
