I chose the Nighthawk Pro Gaming XR500 after watching Linus's video, but it seems hard to find anywhere. The only option I have is purchasing a used one from Amazon.

The XR500 appears to be an older model, around two years past its release. You might want to consider a newer router with faster speeds and better support for multiple devices. Many of its gaming features seem more like tricks. Would you like a standard router instead? What is your overall budget? What internet speed does your ISP provide? How wide of a Wi-Fi range are you aiming for?

The product is designed to last only two years, which might be confusing since you're looking for an ax unit. I found information about AC units instead. Your budget is 250, and you're considering a router with 200 downloads and 10 uploads.

It's not the latest version anymore. Upgrading to a newer model isn't necessary. Older generations like 802.11ax or Wi-Fi 6 aren't the fastest, and they struggle with many devices. Consider alternatives such as these options:
- https://www.amazon.com/TP-Link-WiFi-AX30...B07YMFZ28Q
- https://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-Nighthawk...B083VY6VTR

These should deliver speeds comparable to your internet service provider. The size of your home matters—larger spaces may benefit from a mesh system or several access points if you have Ethernet connections.
