Searching for phone number services
Hi Everyone.
I’m not entirely confident about this. My client operates in 10 different regions across the United States, with a 10-page website per area and needs 10 phone numbers from each region. He wants these numbers consolidated into one central number—starting with San Bernardino and ending with Riverside. I’m wondering if there’s a service that allows purchasing multiple phone numbers at a low cost and then redirecting them to a single line? I know Skype can do it, but it’s expensive. I’m looking for a solution that lets me buy 10 numbers per region and send all of them to one contact.
Why you insist on having per-region phone numbers, rather than a single number? For callers, it doesn’t matter much—the days when "long distance" charges were different from local calls are behind us, and most cell plans ignore long-distance fees. On the other hand—this is exactly what (800) and similar services are designed for.
He also sent me this link - https://www.officetree.com/phone/. I plan to check it out. When I mentioned it wasn't cheap, I meant not around 40 dollars per number, but since I didn't know better, I just gave the client the price. Anything's fine.
