I'm a crazy person so I'm trying to speed up this laptop, because the GPU and CPU are too weak for 2018. No, I don't have and won't have money for a new laptop or PC and yeah, I know heat destroys many laptops and it's not really useful, but I still want to try overclocking. Please give me all the ideas to make it faster, easy or hard.

It won't be very useful for that laptop, I'm worried about it.
Laptop cooling systems generally only handle basic tasks, overclocking can lead to thermal throttling or even shutdown.
Power solutions are similarly limited, covering only stock performance plus a small margin.
Any attempts to increase power consumption or voltage might exceed what the device can manage.
Even an overclocked T5900 with GS9300M won't perform much compared to today's standards.
It's better to concentrate on titles that could work at launch.
MSI Afterburner could potentially allow GPU overclocking, though I doubt it would be possible if power limits are set in the BIOS.
You might try flashing a custom BIOS for the GPU, but this is risky and could damage your laptop.
There are also tools for CPU overclocking, but they're usually only for BCLK adjustments and not general use.
If you're stuck, consider that some custom BIOS updates exist for CPUs, though they're unverified and may cause hardware failure.
There are resources online to help with mobile CPU overclocking, but I don't think they're useful right now.

It's unlikely this will be very useful in the laptop I'm using. Cooling methods for these devices are usually just enough for normal use; pushing them overclocking can lead to thermal throttling or even shutdown. The power supply is similarly limited, only handling stock performance plus a small extra. Any attempts to increase power consumption or voltage might exceed what the hardware can support. A T5900 with GS9300M, even if overclocked, won't perform much by today's standards. It's better to stick with titles that worked at launch. MSI Afterburner could be used to adjust GPU settings, though I wouldn't expect it to work well if the GPU BIOS limits are fixed. Flashing a custom BIOS might be an option, but it would be risky and probably not worth it unless you can replace your laptop soon. There might be some custom CPU BIOSes available that allow limited overclocking, but they're untested and could damage your device. There are tools for mobile CPU overclocking, though I don't think they're useful unless you're prepared to take the risk. Overall, it's probably best not to pursue this path unless you're confident in your hardware's limits.

Just to play devil's advocate...
If you don't have the money for a new laptop, and won't have for some time..... what do you intend to do if you damage/fry something in the process?
I could understand the appear (just for giggles, essentially) if this was an old laptop you didn't have any need for etc.
But if this is your daily driver, with no upgrade in sight........ preserve it.

Just to take a contrarian view...
If you don't have funds for a new laptop and won't for a while... what will you do if something breaks during use?
I get the idea (just for laughs) if this was an old machine you didn’t need much of.
But if it’s your main device with no plans to upgrade... keep it.
The issue here is this laptop isn’t your everyday tool anymore—there are growing sound problems. I struggle to hear normal sounds without picking up faint scratching noises. Apart from that, the performance is poor, even worse than usual. I can’t watch 720p videos smoothly or play games that were released at launch without running at 30fps in low settings (cod5, 6, bioshock). Besides these issues, my little brother completely removed all the keys and broke the keyboard, including the attachment hooks—another setback.

A fresh setup of the operating system and removing unnecessary background programs can slightly boost performance. Also, ensure your drivers are current. Overclocking isn't recommended unless you're seeking extra frames per second.

WildCard999 :
A clean install of the OS and limiting programs that don't need to be run in the background may help improve performance a bit, also make sure your drivers are up to date.
I also don't think it would be a good idea to overclock it, just not worth it for a few more FPS.
well, im not gonna do it, because theres no way to do it, i just cant find a way to oc this laptops cpu
