Hello
I'm trying to find a gaming laptop within a budget of 500 to 600 dollars. Are there any options that offer good value for money in that price range?

i've never encountered "cheap" gaming and quality together before. in this area, you won't find much unless you check used or open-box offers. the prices for certain specifications usually remain fairly consistent even during sales. you might be lucky, but finding a $1000 laptop for $500 is unlikely—maybe around $900, but that's the limit.

Thank you for your message. I'll need to save more money to obtain something better, as you mentioned. You seem to have a great one.

from what i've noticed, around $850-900 is the beginning price range for 4050 laptops. that's essentially the minimum for new laptop gpus. you might spot some cheaper 3050/60 series models, though i haven't searched too closely. labor day sales are happening, so it's hard to say exactly what you could find. but i think your suggestion to save a bit more would be wise to ensure you get something you'll be satisfied with. a quick search revealed this 4050 laptop: https://www.newegg.com/acer-anv15-5...-b...6834360318 it should require at least a ram upgrade, but it's a solid starting point for your budget and can be upgraded later with more ram and storage. this seems like the best I've seen so far.
