Hey everyone! The main gear mentioned is your dad's setup for everyday tasks like YouTube, emails, and news reading. He prefers older hardware that can handle multiple browser tabs smoothly. An integrated GPU helps avoid extra fans, which is good since he has hearing issues and fan noise bothers him. I’ve got the RAM, power supply, case, and everything else ready. I’m just seeking advice on CPU, motherboard (with built-in graphics), and possibly a passive GPU to enhance media playback.

Most popular processors include a built-in graphics unit if they don’t carry an F label in their model number.

Normal CPUs without an "f" after them usually come with built-in graphics. The same applies to Ryzen chips that have a "g" after the model name (indicating graphics support). Why buy a random used Dell from eBay instead? A 4th generation i5 Dell is more than sufficient for this purpose—just ensure it has an SSD or you can add one, and with around 8GB RAM it should cost no more than 250€. That’s a fully functional setup with everything included. No need for an extra GPU since Intel HD graphics handle everything well and offer good media acceleration, similar to other options.
