Hey there! I see you're dealing with a few tricky setup issues. You've got a decent build with an FX4300, 12GB RAM, and an Intel X570 CPU, which is a solid choice for Minecraft. The i7-3770 is definitely better than the FX4300, but your current board seems to have some problems—random flashing colors or shutdowns, and possible water damage.

Since you're looking to upgrade without breaking the bank, I’d suggest checking out budget ATX motherboards in the LGA1155 range. Look for models with a 24-pin PCIe slot and support for standard PSU and ATX power supplies. Brands like ASUS, MSI, or even some budget options from Newegg or Amazon often have good deals under $20.

If you want something more reliable and compatible, consider the B550 or B660 series—both are popular for gaming builds and offer better stability. Just make sure to verify compatibility with your CPU and RAM before purchasing. Good luck, and let me know if you need help picking a specific model!

It'll work, but chances are it'll have custom front panel connectors and nasty power limits, meaning no turbo on your i7. I've experienced this on an HP board I bought recently... damn you, HP.

The motherboard I have is actually fine—it's an ITX model and it functions properly—but it keeps crashing or glitching, which is really frustrating.
