The power cables into the GPU are being pressed against the glass at an awkward angle, leading to inconsistent power delivery and requiring frequent adjustments. You might want to look for a suitable adapter or replacement product to resolve this issue, especially since you're new to the setup.

They produce 90 degree adapters, many of which are nearly as thick as the wires. If it fits closely, have you considered inserting a washer or two behind the glass panel to keep it away from the case? For dust concerns, you can use a foam or rubber seal to secure it. They also offer washers made from rubber and plastic. If needed, slightly longer screws or bolts are available.

Authentic look from NVidia... Similar to TH WireView adapters, it uses minimal space and eliminates cable strain. Appearance is nice, though the cost is higher.

They have 90-degree adapters, but most pose a risk. With a 7800XT model, the fix is either replacing the glass or increasing the case width. Avoid using it as-is since it’s harming your hardware.

Mount your GPU straight up in a vertical setup. Find an affordable vertical mount on Amazon that functions even if your case isn’t compatible. This should fix your cable problems.

I'm facing the same problem with the GPU power cables resting against the glass side of my case. The issue starts when I launch an online game, it begins, but the computer shuts down and restarts repeatedly until I remove the side panel and let the cables relax. Once that's done, everything works smoothly, even with 90-degree adapters. Download.jfif
