I own an analog capture card from an older XP media center PC. It’s a Connexant Falcon II NTSC (Asus branded on an HP desktop) with an onboard MPEG-2 encoder (CX23416-22). Windows 10 recognizes it and installs WDM drivers automatically. Still, I’m having trouble finding compatible software for Windows 10. Previously, DScaler worked well with this card on XP and even 64-bit Windows 7, but it fails on Windows 10 due to a renderer output connection error.
