This system uses Wyse Technology components from 1987. I'm seeking additional information about its repair or usage history. Anyone familiar with these machines has experience?

It hasn't shown any signs of working properly. The device appears unusual, but it seems quite uncommon. I don't recognize the model well, and there aren't any widely shared images of an IBM-compatible "WYSEpc." Your setup might be even more specific.

It seems like a backpane setup with the card likely being the main computer, while other components like drives, GPU, or serial ports are attached. The hardware parts are probably standard, and only the case, labeling, and software might be distinctive. Share this on Vogons and someone should have enough knowledge to help with troubleshooting.

The unusual card combines the mainboard and network card into one unit. The second photo shows the power supply unit, with signs of corrosion and a faulty resistor. (The yellow material is adhesive meant to soak up acid from caps.) I was searching for schematics of the PSU side of the expansion board, but it’s built directly into it. I haven’t turned it on because of potential PSU damage (likely due to age), and I’m worried about fire risk. I’d prefer a full disassembly and rebuild of the PSU side first. The main challenge is locating images of a Decision Data computer—only keyboards and older models exist, with operations ending around 1990 after acquisition in 1988. I doubt it’s been used since then.

I managed to locate it, though it was quite costly back then.
