ITunes functions on Windows, providing a basic foundation. On Linux, you might deploy a virtual machine to run Windows and then execute Itunes, while Android and Windows Phone remain unclear.

I need to check Plex a bit and find out if it covers everything.

Intended for home theater setups rather than music playlists or PC audio, all functions are accessed via the web portal and app. Media keys aren't supported. It's more focused than iTunes in purpose, not matching its broader use cases.

I’d like to experience Foobar on Linux. I’m not a big fan of iTunes at all.

Wine is too slow and I already have deadbeef. It just doesn't include everything I want with foobar.

Clementine is an open source, multi-platform player built on Amarok. It offers binaries for many systems and includes Apt repositories. It supports a wide range of audio formats and features an intuitive interface. While the Windows edition lacks some Linux capabilities like CD ripping, it remains quite comprehensive. It recognizes iDevices effectively and can load music onto them.
