I assume you need to send the signal back through that wire to the PSU and link it to +12V. Otherwise, with the sense wire at 0V, the UVP will stay active continuously.

It doesn't function that way. When it's open, it fails to display. Occasionally, skipping the sense during custom cable creation helps since double wiring is tricky.

The two PCB breakdowns highlight these points. The board received a revision update, which altered certain aspects like memory topology. The 6-pin PCIe power connector remains intact, but you need to take off the small plastic cover at the bottom left to fully view it.

It's also the MSI B550 Unify-x. It's a B550 model, not an X570, and it includes an additional 6-pin connector.
