The Witcher 1 and 2 are discounted by 85%, and there’s often this option to set a low resolution like 640x480 via the settings files. For an R7 240, it should be possible to achieve similar results, though the person in the video uses a more powerful 3rd generation Core i3.

I previously played Skyrim with settings set to around 24 frames per second at 640x480 resolution using Bootcamp on a 2009 Core 2 Duo/iMac HD 2600. It seems this setup performs noticeably better.
