Hello,
I'm searching for a similar laptop that my elderly mom can use to connect via Zoom. It should have a touch screen and cost around $200 or less. A used one would be acceptable as well. I'm not sure if a notebook or tablet would work better.

That's excellent. Are you seeking a program that allows remote control of the Chromebook? I attempted to use Remote, but it appeared too complicated for my mom to approve.

That is one of the choices available.
Because these are commonly used in classrooms, they should satisfy your Zoom needs.
Keep in mind the operating system isn't "Windows," which means standard Windows programs won't work. ChromeOS offers its own options instead.

There are various types of devices referred to as Notebooks, some running Windows 10 and others Windows 11. The distinction between a Chromebook and a Notebook lies in their operating systems and design purposes.
