I own an older Xerox plotter that relies on a computer known as a Xerox Accxes controller. Recently, when trying to turn it on, I experienced a pop sound and detected a burnt smell. My suspicion is that the power supply has stopped working, since no lights illuminate the motherboard now. The power supply is marked with a part number I couldn't locate online. It seems to be an ATX power supply featuring a typical 24-pin connector, but only 20 pins are utilized. Additionally, it includes a molex connector for powering the hard drive. Here are the specifications:

Switching Power Supply
P/N: P6250A FTP
Input: 100-240VAC 6/4A 50/60Hz PFC
Output: +3.3V, +5V, +12V, -12V, -5V, +5Vbsb
Power ratings: 250W, 16A, 19A, 16A, 0.3A, 0.5A, 2A
Maximum output (combined): 115W (for +3.3V/+5V), 235W (for +3.3V/+5V/+12V)

Attached photos with measurements are available for reference. You can view the full album here: https://imgur.com/a/NRxzYHD and see the details at https://imgur.com/a/NRxzYHD.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance in finding a suitable replacement that matches the original setup.

Thanks,

It seems TFX PSU might also fit Flex ATX, though it looks too large for that size.
Here are the ATX PSUs and their sizes, along with a link:
https://www.silverstonetek.com/en/tech-talk/10055#1
You measured the end bracket rather than the PSU itself, except its height, making it hard to tell which one it is. However, a height of 63.7mm is close to the TFX height of 65mm.
When a PSU fails, it can cause devices to malfunction, so I wouldn't expect just the PSU to be affected. MoBo might also be at risk since it usually goes down first when issues arise.

I managed to connect a temporary full-size ATX power supply today and everything started working properly. I was able to print large format documents as before. I value your guidance on the appropriate size for a Flex ATX or TFX power supply. This will help me replace my current Frankenstein setup.
