I don't believe it will be easy to locate unless you browse platforms similar to Ebay, such as Craigslist and Gumtree. Would you consider exploring options for creating a keyboard with a themed keycap set? For instance, the Watercolor Pen Keycaps XDA Profile Graffiti Cartoon Anime Mechanical Keyboard Keycap Set is available at S$25.75. It features a thin, portable design with an attractive comic-style appearance. The buttons are comfortable to press. This product includes 127 keys and comes in a plastic bag packaging.

I thought it might be worth looking into Ali Express if you have some time. I'm not suggesting they'll offer the exact same devices, but their platform is packed with anime-themed products.

I really like the KBS-6000 since its size and shape match my hand well. Adult mice are usually too large, and the mouse models for kids tend to be too small. If I could locate another brand similar to the KBS-6000, I would purchase it.

A different perspective...
The keyboards are charming and intriguing.
How old are the children?
Unless there are specific needs or conditions, I recommend standard/regular keyboard/mouse sets from big stores.
Children tend to be tough on these items, so you might end up needing replacements sooner.
It’s simpler for everyone if the keyboards are general-purpose. Visit a store or order online; off-the-shelf options work best. Maybe check for discounts.
It’s probably better that the kids won’t rely on the extra "cute" features. They’re likely to encounter many different keyboards and mice anyway.
Also: you and/or the children can add their own stickers to personalize the keyboard and mouse.
Dinosaurs today, robots next month, super heroes then, etc., etc...

It's not intended for children. The KBS-6000 fits easily in my hand.

This person suggests the HS-K Plus Ace for general use, but notes the FinalMouse Starlight Pro TenZ (compact version) works better for gaming despite poor quality control. They advise choosing the first option if you're a one-time user who doesn't mind potential reliability issues. The KBS-6000 is another smaller model from HS-K for users with very small hands.

For your needs then - acceptable.
Search for "travel wireless keyboard and mouse combo" to explore suitable keyboard/mouse pairs. Or adjust if required.
