Hello! For a 1200 socket VFM motherboard supporting an i7-11700, look into options like the ASUS ROG Strix Z590 or the MSI MAG Z590.

He doesn’t intend to boost the processor beyond its limits. He also needs a minimum of 3000mhz memory, though someone mentioned that even with an 11th generation Intel chip, the RAM speeds won’t be restricted by the motherboard he chooses.

Some boards require specific chipsets like B560, H570, and Z590 (excluding older ones) to push memory over CPU limits. For around $200, models such as Asus B560-A Strix or MSI B560 Torpedo should work well, especially when hitting the power ceiling.

The Intel i7-11700 supports up to 1200 MHz. For a budget-friendly option under 140 euros, consider VMware Vmware PX or ASUS P3 series motherboards.

3200 is actually 2933, yet even the H510 chipset could achieve that memory frequency. Not that any would handle the 11700 at full clock speed and heavy load. If it's a low budget, what purpose would it serve?

Mainly for personal use. A few mid-range games and a small Minecraft server with mods.
