I need a motherboard that fits a Ryzen 5 1600, 3200MHz DDR4 RAM, 500GB SSD, M.2 SSD, 500PS power supply, and an MSI Radeon RX 480 with 4GB VRAM. I’m not interested in overclocking. Just look for a reliable board that covers all these specs.

Yes, an AM4 motherboard with three SATA ports can technically satisfy your requirements.

The only way to avoid overclocking is by going all the way down to A320 levels, which will still cause power throttling, so it's not advised. Essentially, keep in mind that overclocking will likely remain an option.

Is it the Asrock? Yes, I checked it, and everything looks fine!

I haven't personally tested the Gigabyte B450M DS3H, but based on reviews and specs, it's a solid choice for enthusiasts. It offers decent performance and good value for a high-end motherboard.
