I'm looking for a keyboard suited for typing only. It should have a simple, non-lit design, a thin profile, chorded keys, and be full-size without any unnecessary features. A budget around $200 works best.
I own a Logitech K840 with cherry brown and a Logitech G815 with tactile keys. Both are fine, but I want something similar to the G815 in terms of key travel and feel, but with a layout like the K840—non-lit.
The K840 keys are spaced out and have long travel, which feels a bit awkward.
I've searched online but most options seem focused on gaming or compact designs.

If you're considering a linear switch or a tactile switch, avoid anything clicky if you plan to share a crib or household. You might want to explore a hotswap keyboard such as the Keychron C1 or consider building your own boards, though the latter will be more expensive.

I'm searching for a tactile switch similar to the romer in the G815 or a clicky option would work well for my home setup.
The other K840 (cherry brown) has spacing and height issues that made it too easy to activate nearby keys.
The Keychron model seems appealing but is not the full size.
The Das Keyboard 4 Professional appears to be a good choice.
