Hey everyone. My internet has been intermittent lately, with slow loading times on web pages. I swapped out the modem yesterday, but the problem persists, suggesting the issue might be with the router. I own a Linksys Max-Stream AC2200, which I've had since December. I'm searching for a router priced under $250 that can handle more than 15 devices in a big home—primarily for gaming consoles and PCs.

In your situation, I'd look for a change, possibly two of them.

I own this router now, which supports 38 devices with around 8 simultaneous streams. It features an octa-core processor, extra RAM, a dedicated sub-processor for each application, and includes 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Comes bundled with ROG VPN for free use.

Fifteen customers isn't a large number, your network should manage it easily.

I could activate the Archer C7 or C9 or an Ubiquiti AP and disable the wireless setting on the router.
