I need an app that lets me set a personal reminder with a specific time to alert me on my screen.
It seems tricky because most reminder tools focus more on organizing tasks and calendars rather than simple pop-up alerts.
I discovered an old Windows 8.1 app called RemindMe, but it’s no longer updated and has many issues.
I’d like something with just the alarm function, without extra calendars or lists, though I’m okay with those if they’re available.
Features like recurring reminders and rescheduling would be nice too.
Anyone have similar options?

You are currently using a specific version of Windows.
Outlook’s Calendar feature should meet most needs.
Your need involves clicking an icon, setting a timer or alarm to trigger at a certain time, and ringing it. Is this correct?
Reminders are already available in Windows and Task Scheduler.
Search for “Windows pop up reminders” online; you may find many links and should adjust your search terms to narrow results.
Proceed with caution when downloading anything.
