Searching for a platform to build AI content quickly.
Hello, I'm searching for a mid-range PC suited for AI content creation on YouTube and TikTok. I need a machine that supports both photo and video editing in programs like DaVinci Resolve or Adobe, with good portability—likely a mini ITX. If possible, keep the budget under 700-800. I learned from reading about AI that it needs a GPU, so I'm considering an RTX 3060. I'm not sure if the RTX 40 series offers good value. For the CPU, a Ryzen 5 or a beginner Ryzen 7 seems reasonable, and at least 16GB of RAM is required.
For AI content creation, what software will you be utilizing? Most manufacturers list hardware and OS needs in categories like "minimal," "recommended," or "best." Avoid "minimal" and aim for the highest quality available within your budget. Be mindful of the power demands of your planned setup. A solid PSU with extra capacity to manage peak loads and future expansion is essential. For more details, check: Make sure to read and apply the provided calculators.
The PSU review page isn't ideal for detailed reference.
@Darkbreeze previously kept a PSU tier list a while ago. Now the thread serves as a space for sharing updates and new models.
If you need an accurate PSU tier list, refer to this page:

Consider an ATX 3.0 model with Tier A specifications.
Given your use of Adobe and DaVinci Resolve, an Intel CPU paired with quick sync could suit lower budget builds.
For a solid setup, here’s what I recommend:

It would be wise to obtain the cooler, PSU, and SSD as replacement components.
Even purchasing standard-sized components can reduce your cost by up to 100 dollars at the highest end. Options like a matx mobo for 120, an air cooler for 35, and a good case for 50 dollars are available. The benefit of using z690 is the possibility to upgrade later to a 14700k model.
