He will be transporting his computer with him wherever he goes for work. I believe it’s not wise to carry the EVO 212 cooler master, so I suggested a water cooling CPU instead. I’m unsure which option would be the most suitable for him. Parts are available here.

The case he is considering is this one
He originally purchased the Casecom BT28 Black-Turbo m-ATX, but needed a smaller width to fit in a carrying case.
If he isn’t overclocking, it should work fine.
That case will fit a 240mm in front or on top when the optical drive is removed.
