I began playing Game Wildland and achieved 50 to 60 frames per second even at full low configurations. Lag persisted across any PC settings—1080p ultra low, medium high, high all. All settings are struggling with my i5 6400 gtx, 750ti, 8GB DDR4, H110M-H Gigabyte.

It seems the GPU might be the issue first, followed by RAM and then the CPU. The 750 Ti is lower than the 1050 Ti IIRC, and Ghost Recon is quite demanding.

I also have another setup: an i5 6402p with 16GB DDR4 RAM, a GTX 1070 graphics card, 1080p resolution, running on MSI Z170A motherboard. Both the CPU and GPU are not responding properly.

the hardware is quite poor; the only option might be to lower the resolution.

It's not cheap to get a GTX 1070, but it's still a solid choice. The best GPU depends on your needs.

I question that claim. My setup works just as well.
