Hey everyone, based on the post, I'm searching for a free tool similar to TeamViewer for gaming or streaming purposes. I want a program that allows me to log in without needing permissions or codes. Splashtop and VNC are mentioned, but I need something more tailored to my needs. Thanks!

Online gaming right now isn't feasible unless you're running NVIDIA Grid. Other tools like VNC or Splashtop work best, but the main issues are internet latency and bandwidth. For a smooth session you'd need less than 100ms delays and a connection over 50 megabits per second in both directions. Grid removes the main bottleneck, but a solid receiver is still essential.

The delay would be significant enough to be quite frustrating. I tested it already, even on my local network with VNC enabled, and CSGO became extremely difficult to play. Grid seems to handle it better.

Based on what I've tested, stay local for gaming. If you need remote play, a P2P VPN and Steam in-home streaming work, but they're not the most reliable options.

Are there any tools you can use to connect remotely without a password? You mentioned needing access from your PC through your company’s network, which restricts certain services.

Connecting without a password means literally anyone could connect to your own pc - it's a HORRIBLE idea. Doesn't team viewer work for you?
