I'm looking to upgrade my PC and have purchased an i5-4690k. I'm curious about overclocking and what the best budget MOBO options are within £40-70. Thanks for the help, especially since I'm new to this. Also, do I need an aftermarket cooler?

I already own a cooler, so I couldn't purchase another one because it doesn't fit my case. Is this sufficient?
